1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs (or breasts), chopped
1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar or honey
1 tbsp rice vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
Optional: 1 tsp cornstarch
1 tbsp sesame seeds
2 scallions, sliced
In a bowl, whisk soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
Marinate chicken for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
Preheat air fryer to 380°F and lightly grease basket.
Cook chicken in a single layer for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway.
Optional: Simmer leftover marinade until thickened for glaze.
Garnish with sesame seeds and scallions. Serve hot.
