Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  2. Heat olive oil in a pan and cook ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until browned.
  3. Drain excess fat and let the beef cool slightly.
  4. Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of beef and cheese in the center.
  5. Wrap the dough around the filling and seal tightly.
  6. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

  • Add diced onions or jalapeños for extra flavor.
  • Serve warm with dipping sauce.
