Easy and cheesy oven-baked tacos with crispy shells and flavorful fillings.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 12 taco shells
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup salsa

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Drain excess fat and stir in taco seasoning and water.
  4. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Place taco shells on a baking sheet.
  6. Fill each shell with beef mixture.
  7. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
  9. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, and salsa.
  10. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Use soft tortillas for a different texture.
  • Add jalapeños for extra heat.
