- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup water
- 12 taco shells
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup salsa
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
- Drain excess fat and stir in taco seasoning and water.
- Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Place taco shells on a baking sheet.
- Fill each shell with beef mixture.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
- Top with lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, and salsa.
- Serve warm.
