High-protein, low-carb chips made from baked cottage cheese — crisp, savory, and perfect for snacking or dipping.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese (preferably small-curd, full-fat)

  • Optional seasonings: garlic powder, paprika, Italian herbs, chili flakes

  • Optional: 2 tbsp Parmesan or nutritional yeast (for extra flavor)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.

  2. (Optional) Blend cottage cheese until smooth.

  3. Spoon 1–2 tsp of cottage cheese onto the sheet. Spread into thin circles.

  4. Lightly sprinkle with chosen seasonings.

  5. Bake 25–30 minutes, or until edges are golden and crisp.

  6. Let cool on tray for 10–15 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Store in airtight container for 1–2 days.
