Crispy, cheesy, high-protein chips made from cottage cheese — a low-carb snack that’s perfect for dipping, munching, or topping salads.
1 cup small curd cottage cheese
2 tbsp shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or Parmesan – optional)
¼ tsp garlic powder (or seasoning of choice)
Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment or silicone mat.
Mix cottage cheese, shredded cheese, seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Spoon tablespoon-sized dollops onto sheet. Flatten into thin rounds.
Bake 25–35 minutes, until golden and crispy. Let cool completely.
Serve plain or with dips. Store airtight for up to 3 days.
