Crispy, cheesy, high-protein chips made from cottage cheese — a low-carb snack that’s perfect for dipping, munching, or topping salads.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup small curd cottage cheese

  • 2 tbsp shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or Parmesan – optional)

  • ¼ tsp garlic powder (or seasoning of choice)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment or silicone mat.

  2. Mix cottage cheese, shredded cheese, seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

  3. Spoon tablespoon-sized dollops onto sheet. Flatten into thin rounds.

  4. Bake 25–35 minutes, until golden and crispy. Let cool completely.

  5. Serve plain or with dips. Store airtight for up to 3 days.

Notes

  • Use small curd for best results.

  • Add flavor with everything bagel seasoning, Italian herbs, or chili flakes.

  • Air fryer option: Cook at 375°F for 8–10 minutes.
