Savory, golden stuffing balls made with turkey, cranberries, and herbs — perfect for holiday leftovers, appetizers, or potluck treats.
2 cups cooked stuffing (moist but not soggy)
1½ cups cooked turkey, finely chopped
½ cup dried cranberries
1 egg (or 2 small), beaten
¼ cup finely grated onion or shallot
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley or sage (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: 1–2 tbsp broth or melted butter, for moisture
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
In a large bowl, combine stuffing, turkey, cranberries, egg, onion, herbs, salt, and pepper.
Mix until the mixture holds together. Adjust moisture if needed.
Roll into 1½–2 inch balls and place on the baking sheet.
Brush with butter or olive oil.
Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and crisp outside.
Rest 5 minutes and serve warm with dipping sauce.
Make ahead and refrigerate or freeze. Add cheese or veggies for variation. Air fry for a crispier version.
