Savory, golden stuffing balls made with turkey, cranberries, and herbs — perfect for holiday leftovers, appetizers, or potluck treats.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked stuffing (moist but not soggy)

  • 1½ cups cooked turkey, finely chopped

  • ½ cup dried cranberries

  • 1 egg (or 2 small), beaten

  • ¼ cup finely grated onion or shallot

  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley or sage (optional)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Optional: 1–2 tbsp broth or melted butter, for moisture

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.

  2. In a large bowl, combine stuffing, turkey, cranberries, egg, onion, herbs, salt, and pepper.

  3. Mix until the mixture holds together. Adjust moisture if needed.

  4. Roll into 1½–2 inch balls and place on the baking sheet.

  5. Brush with butter or olive oil.

  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and crisp outside.

  7. Rest 5 minutes and serve warm with dipping sauce.

Notes

Make ahead and refrigerate or freeze. Add cheese or veggies for variation. Air fry for a crispier version.
