Crisp, savory, high-protein chips made from baked cottage cheese. Low-carb, easy to make, and endlessly customizable.
1 cup cottage cheese (full-fat or 2%, small curd)
Pinch of salt
½ tsp garlic powder (optional)
1 tbsp grated parmesan (optional)
Nonstick spray or parchment paper
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheet with parchment.
Spoon 1–1½ tsp mounds of cottage cheese onto sheet, spaced apart.
Gently flatten, then sprinkle with salt and seasonings.
Bake for 25–35 minutes, until golden and firm.
Let cool completely before removing.
Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
For extra crisp, use an air fryer at 325°F for 12–15 mins.
Flavor with herbs, chili, or parmesan as desired.
Re-crisp in oven if needed after storing.
