These crispy air fryer chicken and mozzarella wraps are loaded with seasoned chicken, melted cheese, and a crunchy tortilla shell. High in protein and ready in under 20 minutes.
2 large tortillas or wraps
1 cup cooked shredded chicken
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ tsp paprika
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil spray
Optional: spinach, onions, roasted peppers, buffalo or BBQ sauce
Season cooked chicken with spices. Mix in any optional sauces.
Lay out tortillas. Add chicken, cheese, and any fillings.
Fold tightly into a wrap and spray outside with olive oil.
Preheat air fryer to 375°F. Place wraps seam-side down.
Air fry 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
Serve with dipping sauce.
Use low-carb or gluten-free tortillas if desired.
Add extra veggies or use different cheeses for variation.
Store leftovers in the fridge and reheat in the air fryer
