These crispy air fryer chicken and mozzarella wraps are loaded with seasoned chicken, melted cheese, and a crunchy tortilla shell. High in protein and ready in under 20 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2 large tortillas or wraps

  • 1 cup cooked shredded chicken

  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • ½ tsp paprika

  • ¼ tsp garlic powder

  • ¼ tsp onion powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Olive oil spray

  • Optional: spinach, onions, roasted peppers, buffalo or BBQ sauce

Instructions

  1. Season cooked chicken with spices. Mix in any optional sauces.

  2. Lay out tortillas. Add chicken, cheese, and any fillings.

  3. Fold tightly into a wrap and spray outside with olive oil.

  4. Preheat air fryer to 375°F. Place wraps seam-side down.

  5. Air fry 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.

  6. Serve with dipping sauce.

Notes

  • Use low-carb or gluten-free tortillas if desired.

  • Add extra veggies or use different cheeses for variation.

  • Store leftovers in the fridge and reheat in the air fryer
