  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season steak pieces with salt and pepper.
  3. Sear steak bites for 2-3 minutes per side until browned.
  4. Reduce heat to medium, add butter and minced garlic.
  5. Cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  6. Sprinkle with thyme before serving.

Notes
