These Healthy Air Fryer Churro Bites are crispy, golden, and tossed in cinnamon sugar—without deep frying or refined ingredients. A better-for-you dessert or snack made in under 30 minutes.
1 cup whole wheat or all-purpose flour
¾ cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tbsp coconut sugar
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
Cinnamon Sugar Coating:
2 tbsp coconut sugar
1½ tsp ground cinnamon
Avocado oil or coconut oil spray
In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, coconut sugar, and salt.
Add yogurt and mix until dough forms. Knead lightly until smooth.
Roll out to ½-inch thick and cut into 1-inch squares.
Preheat air fryer to 350°F.
Place bites in the basket and spray with oil.
Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway.
Toss warm bites in cinnamon sugar.
Use gluten-free flour if needed.
Add protein powder for extra boost.
Serve with Greek yogurt dip or chocolate sauce.
