These Healthy Air Fryer Churro Bites are crispy, golden, and tossed in cinnamon sugar—without deep frying or refined ingredients. A better-for-you dessert or snack made in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole wheat or all-purpose flour

  • ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • ¼ tsp salt

Cinnamon Sugar Coating:

  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar

  • 1½ tsp ground cinnamon

  • Avocado oil or coconut oil spray

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, coconut sugar, and salt.

  2. Add yogurt and mix until dough forms. Knead lightly until smooth.

  3. Roll out to ½-inch thick and cut into 1-inch squares.

  4. Preheat air fryer to 350°F.

  5. Place bites in the basket and spray with oil.

  6. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway.

  7. Toss warm bites in cinnamon sugar.

Notes

  • Use gluten-free flour if needed.

  • Add protein powder for extra boost.
