Chewy, naturally sweetened granola bars made with oats, nut butter, and wholesome add-ins. No baking required — just mix, press, chill, and enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats

  • ½ cup nut butter (peanut, almond, or cashew)

  • ⅓ cup honey or maple syrup

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseed (optional)

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • ½ cup total of add-ins (chocolate chips, dried fruit, nuts, seeds, coconut)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment.

  2. Warm nut butter and honey until smooth. Stir in vanilla.

  3. In a large bowl, mix oats, seeds, salt, and add-ins.

  4. Pour wet mixture over dry and stir well.

  5. Press firmly into the pan. Chill for 1–2 hours.

  6. Slice into bars and store in fridge or freezer.

Notes

  • Customize with your favorite mix-ins.

  • For firmer bars, bake at 325°F for 15–20 minutes.

  • Great for meal prep or lunchboxes.
