Chewy, no-bake homemade protein bars made with oats, protein powder, nut butter, and natural sweetener. Ideal for meal prep, snacking, or post-workout recovery.

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups rolled oats

  • ½ cup protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseed meal

  • Pinch of sea salt

  • ½ cup peanut or almond butter

  • ⅓ cup honey or maple syrup

  • 12 tbsp milk (as needed)

  • ¼ cup chocolate chips or dried fruit (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix oats, protein powder, seeds, and salt.

  2. Warm nut butter and sweetener until smooth.

  3. Mix wet and dry ingredients together until combined.

  4. Add milk if needed. Stir in extras like chocolate or nuts.

  5. Press into a parchment-lined 8×8-inch pan.

  6. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Slice into bars and store chilled.
