A flavorful dish combining Korean BBQ flavors with juicy meatballs served over rice.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 cups cooked rice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix beef, breadcrumbs, egg, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and green onions in a bowl.
  3. Shape mixture into meatballs.
  4. Place meatballs on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
  6. Serve over cooked rice.

Notes

  • Use lean ground beef for less grease.
  • Double the recipe for larger crowds.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
