- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 2 cups cooked rice
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix beef, breadcrumbs, egg, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and green onions in a bowl.
