A quick and flavorful dish combining ground beef with noodles in a savory sauce.

  • 8 oz noodles
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, cook for 30 seconds.
  3. Add ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it apart.
  4. Stir in soy sauce, brown sugar, and hoisin sauce. Simmer for 2 minutes.
  5. Add cooked noodles to the pan. Toss to coat evenly.
  6. Garnish with green onions before serving.
