Juicy Mediterranean chicken tenders marinated in lemon, garlic, and herbs — pan-seared or grilled for a fast, flavorful meal.
1.5 lbs chicken tenderloins
2 tbsp olive oil
Juice and zest of 1 lemon
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp paprika
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Optional: fresh parsley or dill for garnish
Combine all ingredients in a bowl or zip-top bag. Marinate for 15–30 minutes.
Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.
Cook chicken 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
Rest for 5 minutes and garnish with fresh herbs.
