This single serve protein cookie is soft, chewy, and packed with over 15g of protein. Made with almond flour, nut butter, and protein powder, it’s the perfect quick-fix snack or healthy dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop (25–30g) protein powder

  • 1 tbsp almond butter or peanut butter

  • 1 tbsp almond flour or oat flour

  • 12 tsp maple syrup or monk fruit syrup

  • 1 tbsp milk (almond, oat, or dairy)

  • 12 tbsp chocolate chips or nuts

  • Optional: pinch of salt and ⅛ tsp baking powder

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix all ingredients into a soft dough.

  2. Form into a cookie shape on a plate or small baking tray.

  3. Microwave: Cook for 35–45 seconds.

  4. Oven: Bake at 350°F for 7–9 minutes.

  5. Let cool slightly before eating.

Notes

  • Use plant-based protein for vegan option.

  • Add chopped nuts or berries for variety.
