Soft, fluffy dinner rolls brushed with garlic-infused butter—easy to make and perfect for any meal or occasion.
For the Dough:
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry or instant yeast
1 cup warm milk (100–110°F)
1 tbsp sugar
1/4 cup melted butter
1 tsp salt
For the Garlic Butter:
1/4 cup butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp chopped parsley or chives
Pinch of salt
Activate yeast in warm milk with sugar (if using active dry). Let foam 5–10 mins.
Mix flour, salt, melted butter, and yeast mixture into a soft dough. Knead 7–10 mins.
Let dough rise 60–90 mins until doubled.
Punch down and divide into 12–15 balls. Place in greased baking dish.
Let rise again for 30–45 mins. Preheat oven to 375°F.
Bake 18–22 minutes until golden.
Melt butter with garlic and parsley. Brush on warm rolls. Serve.
Freeze leftovers for up to 3 months. Use whole wheat flour for a heartier version.
