1 (5–6 oz) can tuna, drained
2 tbsp mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
1 tsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp finely chopped celery
1 tbsp finely chopped red onion
1 tbsp chopped pickles or relish (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
¼ to ⅓ cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Swiss, or mozzarella)
1 large wrap or tortilla (whole wheat, low-carb, etc.)
Baby spinach or arugula (optional)
Mix tuna, mayo/yogurt, mustard, celery, onion, and seasonings in a bowl.
Lay wrap flat. Layer greens, tuna mixture, and cheese in the center.
Roll tightly into a burrito. Toast in a skillet 2–3 minutes per side until golden and cheese is melted.
Rest 1 minute, slice, and serve warm.
