A warm, cheesy tuna melt wrapped in a tortilla and toasted to golden perfection. Quick, comforting, and ideal for lunches or light dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1 (5 oz) can tuna, drained

  • 23 tbsp mayonnaise or Greek yogurt

  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard or lemon juice

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • ¼ cup diced celery or red onion (optional)

  • ⅓ cup shredded cheddar or Swiss cheese

  • 1 large flour tortilla

  • Optional: baby spinach, sliced tomato

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix tuna, mayo/yogurt, mustard, seasonings, and optional veggies.

  2. Lay tortilla flat. Add tuna mixture, cheese, and any extras.

  3. Fold sides in and roll tightly from the bottom.

  4. Toast in a dry skillet over medium heat for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden.

  5. Slice in half and serve warm.
