1 (5 oz) can tuna, drained
2–3 tbsp mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
1 tsp Dijon mustard or lemon juice
Salt & pepper to taste
¼ cup diced celery or red onion (optional)
⅓ cup shredded cheddar or Swiss cheese
1 large flour tortilla
Optional: baby spinach, sliced tomato
In a bowl, mix tuna, mayo/yogurt, mustard, seasonings, and optional veggies.
Lay tortilla flat. Add tuna mixture, cheese, and any extras.
Fold sides in and roll tightly from the bottom.
Toast in a dry skillet over medium heat for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden.
Slice in half and serve warm.
